Master Plan
KLK TechPark consists of three main industrial phases. Phase 1 covers approximately 200 acres for heavy industry, Phase 2 covers approximately 170 acres for light, medium and heavy industry, while Phase 3 covers approximately 100 acres for light and medium industry.

The development is supported by key industrial infrastructure including power supply adjacent to 132kV and 275kV transmission lines with capacity of up to 500MW, water supply of up to 27 MLD, domestic sewerage capacity of up to 70,000 PE, an existing gas pipeline and telecommunications infrastructure.
Industrial Land Options
Phase 1 offers approximately 200 acres of freehold industrial land for heavy industry, while Phase 3 offers approximately 100 acres of freehold industrial land for light and medium industry. Phase 3 also includes industrial land from 1 acre, built-to-suit solutions and ready-built factories.
Ready-Built Detached Factory
KLK TechPark also offers a ready-built 1-acre detached factory with a built-up area of approximately 23,915 sq ft. The factory is freehold and suitable for light or medium industrial use, with an approximate building dimension of 166 feet by 262 feet.
Project Progress
According to the project presentation updated on 21 July 2026, Phase 1 was reported at 85% progress, Phase 2 at 40% and Phase 3 at 80%. Infrastructure works include roads and drainage, water supply, power supply, telephone infrastructure and a sewerage treatment plant.
