Company Trip to Singapore
Company Trip (11/6 -13/6) – Singapore 3 Days 2 Nights + Resorts World Sentosa
We departed for Singapore at 6.30am by Super VIP coach. Then we stopped at Seremban for Breakfast at about 7.30am and proceeded to Yong Peng for a brief stopover and refreshment. We arrived in Singapore at about 1.00pm and had our lunch at a famous Korean Restaurant - Seoul Garden in Orchard Road. We were transferred to Sentosa Island immediately after our lunch via the Super VIP coach.
Our first stop was the Sentosa Luge & Skyride. The Sentosa Luge is a very unique and self-driving car system which enables the riders to control the speed by pushing a pair of handlebars back and forth. All of us enjoyed the thrilling experience which brought us great fun and excitement. As the ride finished, the Skyride brought us back up to the starting point with the help of chairlifts. Then we proceeded to visit the Images of Singapore, the museum which displays the rich and extensive culture and history of Singapore. Then we adjourned to Vivo City-Singapore’s largest retail and lifestyle destination which is about five minutes ride via monorail. After dinner we joined a jammed packed crowd for Song of The Sea, a very entertaining show that has water, lighting, laser, image projections, fire, and fireworks all in one. After the show, we were transferred to the hotel for check in.
Our second day tour started at about 8.30am. After breakfast at hotel, we proceeded to the Marina Bay Sands Resorts & Casino which is a massive entertainment and casino complex. The Marina Bay Sands casino is housed in its own building and offers four levels of gaming facilities in a luxurious, spacious setting with a wide variety of popular table games including roulette, blackjack, baccarat and slot machines featuring the latest games such as video poker and electronic roulette. We spent about an hour at the casino and then we were transferred to the Resorts World Sentosa to visit Universal Studios. Here, we witnessed the thrilling world of movie magic and other movie-themed attractions that brings the silver screen to life such as Jurassic Park and The Lost World, Shrek 4-D fairy tale adventure, Donkey interactive live show, Ancient Egypt Revenge of the Mummy, Sci-Fi City, Hollywood Boulevard and extra. The night adventure began as we were brought to Clarke Quay- Singapore’s only riverside festival village to embark on a romantic journey on River Cruise to admire the magnificient view of Singapore by night. The river cruise took half an hour going from one end of the river and back again with a little narration on the overhead speaker.
The last day of our itinerary was on city tour which covered the Parliament House and Padang, Supreme Court, City Hall, Esplanade and Merlion Park. We visited the Chinatown (Niu Che Shui) at noon to shop for some souvenirs which are really cheap and tried some good Chinese food. Our last stopover was Orchard Road which is a 2km one-way street flanked by distinctive shopping malls on both sides of the road. The shopping belt comprises of numerous retail stores and restaurants, from designer brands to fast fashion and from upscale restaurants to food courts.
We started our journey home at about 4.00pm and arrived in KL at about 11pm. All of us brought home along with us some sweet memories and unforgettable experiences. It was indeed a very enjoyable holiday!
