This year inter-branch badminton tournament was held on 19/7/2008 at the Michael Badminton Academy, Bandar Puteri Puchong. Several players from DU, USJ, Hartamas and Ampang branch participated in the friendly games which started from 5.00pm and ended at about 7.00pm.

USJ branch, the defending champion sent 6 players while Ampang branch which was making its first game debut sent 5 players to compete at the tournament.  There were man’s doubles and mixed doubles matches. Some of the players were seen putting on a tough fight against their opponents despite it was just a friendly game.

The tournament ended with Ampang branch bagged the challenge trophy after being declared the new Champion by our principal, Mr Clement Ong.

All the players enjoyed themselves and had a jolly good time. Then they adjourned to a restaurant nearby for a steamboat dinner to re-energize themselves.
