MegaHarta Real Estate Agency is an established agency, which has focused on playing a vital role in the property market. It is solely owned by the Principal Mr. Clement Ong. With his vast experience and capable leadership, MegaHarta has grown from one-man show to the present size of 100 negotiators with 5 branches covering the whole of Klang Valley market and become a key player in Malaysia real estate industry.

MegaHarta today operates from its main office in Damansara Utama with 5 branches office at equally prominent addresses in Puchong, Subang USJ, Hartamas, Cheras and Ampang.

MegaHarta has been actively involved in the marketing of all sectors of properties including residential, industrial, commercial, development land and projects

Project Team

Our project team is lead by Mr. Clement Ong; he has been in the property business for more than 10 years, both in the sub-sales and projet sales management. With his leadership the project team has shown tremendous professionalism and spirit in the project marketing.

Our project team has been successful in marketing several projects with excellent result, for example, Lestari Mansion, a semi-D house in Seri Kembangan, Damansara Sutera, KIP Park in Kepong. With our professionalism and commitment, the developers are very pleased in working with us and this is evidenced by the fact that they have referred their other new projects for us to market as well.

Included in the team are Mr. Andy Ng, who holds a Bachelor Science Degree and Diploma in Business Management, Mr. Philip Teoh a graduate in Computer Science, currently pursuing his MBA, Mr. Elvin oi, Diploma in Business Studies and others who are equally professionally qualified.
