MegaHarta Real Estate Agency was established in March 2002 with the objective of becoming a key player in the medium and high-end market. It is owned solely by its Principal Mr. Clement Ong. Under his dynamic and capable leadership coupled with his extensive experience, MegaHarta has since progressed from a humble one-man operation to become what it is today, 7 offices agency with 6 branches and a network of more than 100 negotiators covering the entire Klang Valley. Today, we continue to strive to achieve professional excellence and hope to play a vital role in the local real estate industry.

MegaHarta Real Estate Agency now operates from its main office in the vibrant Uptown commercial centre at Damansara Utama and its 6 branches are located at equally prominent addresses in the suburb of Puchong, Taipan USJ, Kepong, Cheras, Desa and Ampang.

At MegaHarta, we strongly believe in total commitment to our clients whether corporate or individual. Since inception, we have been actively involved in the marketing of all types of properties including residential, industrial, commercial, development land and projects.

Executive Director

Mr E C LIM started his real estate career in 1990 and has twenty years of real estate experience. He is in charge of training and coaching new negotiators in MegaHarta Real Estate Sdn Bhd. Mr Lim's experience and skills are valuable to the new negotiators and he helps them to achieve their goals by identifying the keys to becoming a "Top negotiator" and directs their focus to the activities that will lead them to higher levels of performance and give them the competitive edge in their marketplace.

Mr Lim holds a Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and obtained his real estate license in 1994. He is also a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Timeline Therapy Practitioner.

Madam Madeline Yong
Executive Director

Ms. Yong Lia Mee has been actively involved in the real estate industry for the past 14 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science specialized in Computer Programming and a Diploma in Executive Secretaryship. She is now a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia and heads the Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur office.

Corporate Milestone

2002	Mr. Ong obtained his real estate license from the Board of Valuer, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia and MegaHarta Real Estate Agency was incorporated on 1st March in the same year.
2003	Ventured into the fast growing suburb of Puchong; The Puchong branch was set up in March 2003 and our corporate and project division were also formed. We started marketing our maiden project comprising of 180 units of double storey link houses in AmanPutra , Puchong which was developed by Samai Ria Sdn Bhd.
2004	Spread our wings to an established business address at the very centre of Taipan USJ, the new hotspot in Subang Jaya - MegaHarta USJ was established in February 2004.
2005	Venturing into the medium and high end market; MegaHarta Desa Hartamas was established in September 2005 to tap the vast potential of the exclusive residential enclave in Sri Hartamas, Damansara Heights, Bangsar and Mont Kiara.
2006	To be more balanced and effective in our coverage within the Klang Valley, MegaHarta opened its 4th branch in Taman Connaught, Cheras in December 2006.
2007	In December, MegaHarta opened its 5th branch in Ampang to target the luxurious condominiums in both KLCC and Ampang Hilir area.
2008	The dawn of a new era for MegaHarta ; The company has successfully transformed into a private limited company and taken on a new identity- MegaHarta Real Estate Sdn Bhd. At the same time, its very first subsidiary namely MegaHarta Real Estate (DESA) Sdn. Bhd. was also incorporated.
2009	Launching our in-house investment vehicle, MegaREITS Corporation Sdn Bhd. Finally, our agents / negotiators could enjoy multiple income streams both form their sales commission and property investment.
2010	Launching Megaharta Training School and with its comprehensive unique training programs help to enhance the knowledge, skills and professionalism of our agents / negotiators.
